Join Maryem, founder of the Bermudaful Centre for Mindfulness, for a weekly 60-minute yoga practice to elevate your game with the power of yoga. This athlete-focused yoga class enhances flexibility, balance, and mental resilience, giving you the edge you need to excel in your sport.
Maryem is a certified RYT-500 Yoga instructor, a Reiki master, and a certified mindfulness teacher. Her classes are anatomy-informed, and her instructions are geared towards injury prevention. By bringing everything back to the breath, she helps the practitioner learn in a relatable and easy way to practice.
Timing: Saturdays 11.00am – 12.00pm.

Register for class no later than 6.00 pm the day before (Friday). Come into Spirit House a few minutes early so you can take your place and get settled before the start of class.
You can get a credit for an upcoming class if you need to cancel. Email your cancellation message to [email protected] no later than the day before (Monday) at 6.00 pm.
No cash refunds are available. Credits for cancellations expire one month from the date of purchase.
